The NCDA through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

PROJECT: Procurement of one (1) Unit Service Vehicle

APPROVED BUDGET: Budget for the Contract (ABC) P1,000,000.00

The schedule of activities is listed, as follows:

Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand Pesos (P 1,000.00) to the NCDA Cashier.

The NCDA assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids. NCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process and rejects all Bids at any time prior to contract of award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.

Bidders without Bid Security (2% of 1,000,000.00) will be disqualified and winning bidders prior to the Award of Contract shall submit Performance Security (5% or 30%, as the case maybe, whether cash or Surety Bond), in accordance with Sec. 27 & 39 respectively of IRR of R.A. 9184.
