The Council in partnership with AFS Intercultural Programs Philippines (AFS-IPP) are happy to announce that the KL-YES (Kenny-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study) Program, is now accepting applications for batch 2019-2020. This cultural exchange scholarship program is open to students with disabilities who are currently enrolled in public/private junior or senior high schools and is among the top 25% of academic performance in grade level (Graduating senior high school (Grade 12) students are not eligible to apply). Age requirements to qualify for this scholarship should have birthdates between August 2, 2001 and August 1, 2004 at the time of application, selection and preparation for travel.
All applications must be submitted to the AFS Philippines in printed copies (mail/courier) or soft copies (email) on or before July 6, 2018:
