NCDA BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 1 SERIES OF 2021

A RESOLUTION APPROVING NCDA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 001 SERIES OF 2021 ENTITLED: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER ON THE ISSUANCE OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IDENTIFICATION CARD RELATIVE TO REPUBLIC ACTS 9442, 10754, 11215, 10747

WHEREAS, the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) had its last board meeting on 18 February 2021.

WHEREAS, the proposed Administrative Order on the issuance of persons with disabilities identification cards relative to Republic Acts 9442, 10754, 11215 and 10747 was presented and discussed properly.

WHEREAS, members of the Board, unanimously adopted the said Administrative Order with inputs for minor revision.

WHEREAS, the Chairperson of the Council is requested to sign the said Administrative Order as per Section 4 of Executive Order No. 709.

NOW THEREFORE, RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the NCDA Board approves Administrative Order No. 001 Series of 2021 to be signed by the Chairperson of the Council.

Approved this 21st day of April 2021 during the NCDA online Board Meeting held via zoom.
