The NCDA team headed by Executive Director Joniro “Don” Fradejas with the assistance of the PBF Team led by  Mr. Francisco Santos, conducted the measurement of Prosthesis and braces for persons with disabilities. The undertaking was held in Romblon, Romblon on September 26, 2023.
