The Government Procurement Reform Law, commonly known as RA 9184, and its amended rules and regulations were covered in a three-day training for NCDA employees.
The introductory remarks were delivered by NCDA OIC-Deputy Director Dandy Victa, who emphasized the need of employee training on the procurement process for the effective and efficient running of the government support service.
The council invited resource persons Engr. Diphdalyn Salazar of the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPBB), Mr. Christian Mendoza of the Department of Budget & Management-Region IV-B, and Mr. Andy Matula of the National Book Development Board to share their knowledge and expertise on common understanding on procurement process, rules and regulations.
