The NCDA facilitated the development of the Regional Committee on Disability Affairs (RCDA) Central Luzon Strategic Plan, 2024-2026 during the Strategic Planning and Leadership Training organized by DSWD Field Office 3, held on September 4 -5, 2023. The said plan focuses on three priority areas namely (1) Policy Development on Disability (2) Disability Data Collection and (3) Capacity Building. The undertaking was held in Angeles City, Pampanga.
