The National Council on Disability Affairs conducted the Orientation – Workshop for Disability Rights Advocates (NCDA Speakers’ Bureau Program ) on August 29-31, 2023 at the  Bayview Park Hotel Manila. An oath-taking ceremony for the Province of Quezon’s League of PDAO and Federation of Persons with Disabilities officers for 2023 ended the event.
