The National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) joined the celebration of the 60th Founding Anniversary of the National Parks Development Committee (NPDC) held earlier today at the Independence Flagpole, Rizal Park, Luneta, Manila.
NPDC’s Executive Director, Ms. Cecille Lorenzana Romero, in her speech, welcomed everyone to the Stop and Salute event. She said that they have prepared 60 events that will be implemented throughout the year in promotion of the culture of the Philippines.
One of the highlights of the event is the appreciation of their partners and stakeholders. They provided each partner with a certificate that affirmed that sustaining partners are the foundation of their accomplishments.
