Allow me please to extend my sincere thanks for your kind and favorable endorsement of my factual complaint against QCGHMC, its officers, billing personnel and doctor specialist based on what I have actually experienced during my hospital confinement in said institution.
Hoping that something positive will come out of my complaint so hospital systems and operations may be adjusted accordingly. Also, they still owe me about Php6,000++ for the remaining PWD Discount due to my person. Thank you.
