The Council in coordination with the Ikapit Bisig Mo Kaunlaran Ng Maykapansanan ng Laguna Producers Cooperative conducted a Training on Appropriate Paper-Based Technology for the members of the cooperative of Panguil, Laguna held last 24-26 October 2017 at Santa Maria, Laguna. The activity aims to raise the quality of life of persons with disabilities especially women as productive family and community members through work at home livelihood programs. Participants will be trained and engaged in the quality production of environment-friendly products from recycled papers, cards, and materials that cost nothing to make something useful and sellable. This project would not only be a low cost but could easily win the support of earth-friendly advocates and solid waste management of local government units.
