The National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) in sync with the Department of Technical Education, Skills and Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and other non-government organizations representing the different disability groups was accepted by CHARLTON BROWN®, Australia to join the training program to craft a synergized “Disability Inclusive Technical Vocational Education and Training Framework for the Philippines”. This aims to upskill the participants to build on the country’s inclusive governance and tap on vocational capabilities of persons with disabilities as part of the country’s dynamic workforce.
