The National Council on Disability Affairs in partnership with Ambassadors of Light, Inc. would like to announce that the submission of entries for the “”NCDA Philippine Wataboshi Music Festival for Persons with Disabilities” has been extended up to December 3, 2011. The awarding of winners shall be held next year (2012), again to coincide with the National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation (NDPR) Week celebration.
