NCDA does not knowingly solicit any personally identifiable information from anybody. In addition, NCDA does not knowingly obtain, retain or use information from anyone.

On each Comment form, NCDA only collects Name, Email address and the Message which will be posted on the Message List. This does not have any purpose except to let us be informed about the feedbacks about the site’s contents and as a way for deaf from different countries to communicate to their friends here in the Philippines. NCDA reserves the right to post or remove the messages on the Comments form.

NCDA has a special form where you can register your PWD organization. It collects information and eventually publish it on the website. NCDA reserves the right to accept or reject the information you will post.
